The range of GAP products includes transmission systems ( Drive Shaft, Bearing Wheel, Hub Assembly, CV Joint ) with quality equal to OE parts that cover European, Japanese, and Korean program.

Transmission System

CV Joint
GAP Parts | CV Joint

Allows a drive shaft to transmit power through a variable angle, at constant rotational speed without an appreciable increase in friction or play. They are mainly used in front wheel drive vehicles and many modern rear wheel drive cars with independent rear suspension.

Drive Shaft
GAP Parts | Drive Shaft

Provides the dynamic connection between engine and driving wheels, transmitting power and allowing steering angles while accommodating suspension movements and isolating vibration. Each driveshaft has two constant velocity joints-a fixed joint at the wheel and a plunging joint at the box end, connected by an interconnecting shaft.

CV Gaiter
GAP Parts | CV Gaiter

Gaiters find multiple uses on most vehicles. They are used at both ends of drive shafts protecting constant-velocity joints from the ingress of dirt, and retaining the grease. They also prevent the ingress of dirt where one component slides with another.

Hub Assembly
GAP Parts | Hub Assembly

It is located between the brake drums or discs and the drive axle. On the axle side it is mounted to the holding bracket from the chassis on the disc side. The wheel is mounted to the bolts of the WHA.

Wheel Bearing
GAP Parts | Wheel Bearing

The function of bearing arrangements, like rolling bearing arrangements, is to support or quite parts that are movable relative to each other. A shaft, stud or strip-slides on the sliding surface of a static bearing bush. Lubrication is ensured by embedded lubricants or a solid layer applied to a supporting body.

Braking System

Brake Pads
GAP Parts | Brake Pads

Brake pads convert the kinetic energy of the car to thermal energy by friction. Two brake pads are contained in the brake caliper with their friction surfaces facing the rotor. Brake pads are steel backing plates with friction material bound to the surface that faces the disc brake rotor.

Mounting

Engine Mounting
GAP Parts | Engine Mounting

Motor mounts (engine mounts) are used to connect a car engine to the car frame.

Shock Absorber Mounting
GAP Parts | Shock Absorber Mounting

Is a mechanical fastener that connects two parts elastically They are used for shock and vibration isolation.

Cleaners

Anticorrosives
GAP Parts | Anticorrosives

Rust proofing is the prevention or delay of rusting of iron and steel objects, or the permanent protection against corrosion. Typically the protection is achieved by  a process of surface finishing or treatment depending on mechanical wear  or environmental conditions. The degradation may not be stopped completely, unless the process is periodically repeated.

Brake Cleaner
GAP Parts | Brake Cleaner

This powerful solvent blend easily removes fluid, grease and oily contaminants from brake linings and drums. Useful on likings, disc pads, drums, cylinders, and springs features: easily removes fluid, grease, and contaminants. Dries quickly, leaves no residue, non flammable.

Windscreen Cleaner
GAP Parts | Windscreen Cleaner

Is a specific additive for water desalination, for dissolving the salts of the pipe and the injector, from the windshield of cars and trucks. It offers excellent visibility in winter and summer. It deducts residues of insects and helps the smooth functioning lubricating wipers. It lasts from +60 c until -30 c special for harsh conditions and professional use.

Antifreezer

Antifreeze Liquid
GAP Parts | Antifreeze Liquid

An antifreeze is an additive which lowers the freezing point of a water –based liquid. An antifreeze mixture is used to achieve freezing-point depression for cold environments and also achieves boiling-point elevation to allow higher coolant temperature. Freezing and boiling points are colligative properties of a solution, which depend on the concentration of the dissolved substance.
